1. The photo contest is open to public who have signed up to be a member of the website www.10nature.com. 10nature's management and family member are not allowed to participate.
2. There is no registration fee in this contest.
3. The photo contest theme is GO GREEN.
4. Objects can include panoramic photographs, beautiful natural scenery such as: sea, mountains, forests, including insects and plants endemic to the whole world.In the landscape/seascapes photography may seem things such as buildings/shapes made by human, but should not dominate the overall picture. Pictures may be taken from any country.
5. The submitted photographs must be your own original work.
6. Shooting may be taken by film (conversion to JPEG) and digital. You may extent to digital leveling, saturation, color correction, remove noise/defective sensor. Black & white photographs are allowed. Merging multiply files of photo are not allowed (HDR photography) and IR photo
7. Photo copyrights belong to the photographer and 10nature may use the winning photo for publicity and the internal use purpose.
8. The photos to be included for the contest MUST be uploaded in www.10nature.com
with the following conditions:
a. Register as a member of www.10nature.com with a clear identity (using real name).
b. Free member may upload 2 photos, and 5 photos for Premium member.
Image size: 900 width or eight
Maximum file size: 700kb
The 10 nominees selected shall submit the high resolutions file and copy of identity to the committee (will be notified via email).
c. Each photograph that has been uploaded will not be removed, so make sure you send us your BEST photo.
d. Each photograph included for the contest should be given a title. Upon uploading
a photo for the contest make sure you have selected the category of 2012 Competitions
9. Last date to upload photo is 6 September 2012 at 23.00 Jakarta time
10. Upload photos after the specified date will not be participated.
11. Judging will be held privately in Batam.
12. The Jury's decision is absolute and inviolable. The Jury can opt out of the participant in this photo contest if the identity data contained in the web is not clear or the picture proved to be incorrect or not following the above terms and conditions.
13. The winner will be announced on www.10nature.com starting on 6 October 2012
14. Prizes will be distributed on 12 October 2012
15. By submitting your photograph on the contest, participants are willing to submit to the contest rules and sanctions. In the future, if the winner's photograph is proven does not the regulations, the Jury's decision can be contested and the winner right off.
16. The winners will be contacted and the prizes will be transfered to their account accordingly. (tax on the responsibility of the winners). winner outside indonesia, will be pay via Paypal.
